Award ceremony day

Yesterday was my award ceremony day 🏆. I got an award from 'Human Rights & Society Commission for my contribution. My college professors announced me and my other classmates as the awardees day before yesterday. The award ceremony took at the Raja Ram Mohan Roy Memorial Hall in I.T.O. All the awardees and the teachers reached the venue via bus. On my way, I saw many government buildings and luxury hotels 💫. I also saw the venue of the recently concluded G-20 summit and it was magnificent 🤩. The award ceremony started late from its usual time 😞. After a long time, the guests started coming and the ceremony finally got started. The ceremony started with the lighting of the lamp. Then the chairman of the commission gave the opening speech People from different media houses were also present at the event. After a long time sitting there, the awardees got their award. I got a medal 🏅 and a certificate. As soon as the ceremony got finished I went back home via the metro. I am eager to go back home because I don't like being out for a long period. It was a hectic day but it was nice 😄.
