Visit to NGMA & India Gate

Today, my two friends and I visited the National Gallery of Modern Art and India Gate. Both of them are near each other. The National Gallery of Modern Art has various types of paintings, ancient jewellery, and antiques. There are two buildings inside it. One is the Jaipur House, and the second is the Institution of Administration. Jaipur House contains various old paintings and things from ancient Indian dynasties, such as jewelry, coins, stones, stone sculptures, seals, manuscripts, and many more. Photography was allowed inside this building. All these artifacts were among segments like music, Sanskrit, literature, and textiles. The entry fee for an individual is 20 rupees.

I loved everything that was there. Each piece had its own story, which was written beside it. The next building is the Institution of Administration. This building has gifts and souvenirs given to honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi. All the facilities will be auctioned in the future. Photography was allowed in this building. The most beautiful gifts are the gold peacock and glass bell with lord Ganesh on top. It is an excellent place for those interested in history and art. After visiting the gallery, I went to see India Gate. I have wanted to see the India Gate for a long time since its redevelopment. The area is much better now. The historical canals are re-constructed. There is a new underpass that connects both sides of India Gate. As it was evening when I went there, the place was hustle and bustle. I ate bhel puri, gol gappe, and ice cream there. It was a day well spent.
